Treaty for the avoidance of Double Taxations between Cyprus and Saudi Arabia
As per the announcement of the Cyprus Tax Department, the Double tax Treaty between Cyprus and Saudi Arabia, which was signed on January 3rd 2018, came into effect on March 1st 2019.
The Treaty and the relevant Protocol applies to:

Tax which is withheld at the source, or to amounts which are paid or credited to, during or after January 1st, 2020;

Taxes, or amounts of any other tax year, commencing during or after January 1st of the year 2020.
